Our On Demand studio is where by you can workout at home, on business, holidays from your device all you need to do is access the On demand studio from your device and away you go.   You can access our pre recoded videos as many times as you like during your purchase.  There is equipment required for the classes we have tried to keep the equipment to the minimum and you will need space to workout safely.
