This workout is a blend of traditional Pilates reformer and mat exercises with a revolutionary evolved repertoire known as Reformat.  It is conducted on the Total Gym and focuses on core strength, dynamic stability and co-ordination. It is designed to suit all levels of fitness.  This is slow and controlled class, and time time think about alignment and posture.
